1. How do I book a class?
You can book a class directly through our website. First, subscribe to your preferred class plans. Then, with your booking pass, simply choose your preferred class, time slot, and complete the booking form. You’ll receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp once your booking is successful.
2. Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, all classes require advance booking to secure your spot. We recommend booking at least 24 hours before the class starts, especially for small group aerial or yoga sessions which have limited space.
3. Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes, you may reschedule or cancel your class with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a deduction from your pass or payment.
4. What class can I book with my group class plans?
Our plans access to all classes, include floor yoga, aerial yoga and aerial dance.
5. I'm a new yogi, can I have the details of training flow and level for all yoga class?
Sure! We have all the description for all classes for you to have a clear understanding of different yoga. It may help you to choose which class to go for according to your conditions and levels. You can click to explore all the yoga variations!
6. I’m a beginner. Can I join aerial yoga?
Absolutely! We welcome beginners. You can join the "Aerial Level 0" class on every Monday at 8.15pm. This class is specifically for students with 0 experience in aerial, wishing to start their aerial journey. Our instructors will guide you step by step to help you feel safe and supported. Through this class, our instructor will observe and assess your level, and provide recommendations on which level of class suit you the best, such as morning stretching, basic or advanced. After this class, you can choose to attend the class that is right for you later.
7. What should I wear and bring to class?
Wear comfortable, fitted clothing (no zippers or sharp objects). Avoid loose tops during aerial classes. Please bring a water bottle and your own yoga mat if preferred (studio mats are provided but subject to availability).
8. Do I need to remove my shoes?
Yes, shoes must be removed before entering the studio to keep the space clean and safe for practice.
9. Are there any health conditions that prevent me from joining?
If you have high blood pressure, glaucoma, heart conditions, recent surgery, or are pregnant, please consult your doctor before joining, especially for aerial yoga. Always inform your instructor of any medical conditions before class.
10. Is there a trial class available?
Yes! We offer a special trial rate for first-timers. Check our pricing section or contact us directly for details.
11. Do class passes expire?
Yes, each package comes with a set validity period. Please use your classes before the expiry date. Extensions are not allowed after the expiry date unless under special circumstances, so we encourage you to plan your sessions accordingly.
12. What is your refund policy?
All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please read our terms and conditions carefully before confirming your booking.
13. Can I walk in without a booking?
Walk-ins are accepted but availability is not guaranteed. The payment is claimed by per session ( please refer to our ).
However, we strongly encourage to book classes in advance to manage class size and ensure safety.
14. Is there parking at the studio?
Yes, parking is available nearby. Do arrive 10-15 minutes early to find parking and settle in before class begins.
15. Is my personal information safe?
Yes, your privacy is important to us. We do not share your information with third parties. View our full on the website.
16. What if I arrive late?
To maintain a smooth and safe class, late arrivals (later than 15 minutes) may not be allowed to join due to disruptions. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early. We wish to provide the best experience for every students in this space. In A'Space, we show love, respect, and kindness to each other.
17. Is this studio pet-friendly?
For sure! We're welcoming dogs to stay with us <3
We truly understand the feeling of wanting to spend time with them before or after work.
But please make sure your dogs wear diapers before entering to keep our studio clean. Most importantly, make sure your pet is fully vaccinated, to avoid any health issues occurs, as well as protect others' dog from any disease.
